What to expect...

As a passionate and experienced registered counsellor, I’ve made it my mission to help individuals—especially those with ADHD—turn their challenges into strengths. My customized ADHD program is built from years of working closely with children, teens, and families, helping them better understand how ADHD affects learning, focus, and daily life. I believe ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s a different way of thinking that, when supported properly, can become a powerful asset at any age.

With a warm, non-judgmental, and solution-focused approach, I create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I draw on person-centered methods, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and over 4 years of counselling experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, post partum depression, and more. My goal is to help each student (and their families) develop the tools and confidence they need to thrive—not just manage.

A Little About Me

I’m so happy you’re here. As a counsellor, mother, wife, and experienced aesthetician, I bring a rich blend of personal and professional experience to our work together. I’ve often been described as intuitive, a quality that enhances our sessions and helps create a deeper connection. My passion for mental health, ADHD, and supporting others is at the heart of everything I do.

Four years ago, I began my journey as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, and it has been a deeply fulfilling path. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, exploring nature, and getting creative with crafting projects.

My journey into counselling was born out of my own struggles with mental health and ADHD, where I found profound healing and support in therapy. Seeing the positive changes in family and friends who also sought help ignited my desire to guide others on their own mental health journeys.

After two years of working as a therapist, I was faced with my own deeply personal challenges—including trauma surrounding the birth of my first son and the emotional toll of postpartum depression. Navigating this period was even more complex while also managing ADHD, which added layers of overwhelm, mental fatigue, and self-doubt that aren't often talked about.

During my maternity leave, I realized just how isolating and misunderstood postpartum experiences can be—especially for those who also live with neurodivergence. That experience reshaped both my perspective and my practice. It led me to specialize in Postpartum Depression, Traumatic Birth Counselling, and ADHD, with a compassionate focus on supporting individuals and families navigating these life-changing transitions; this includes families with neurodivergent children!

I’m here to help you navigate life’s obstacles, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Specialty

My passion lies in helping clients overcome a wide range of mental health challenges, but my core specialties are birth trauma, Postpartum Depression (PPD), and ADHD in both adults and children. This focus is deeply personal—rooted in my own journey into motherhood, my lived experience with birth trauma, and navigating everyday life with ADHD.

I believe it's essential to openly discuss the emotional and physical changes that come with parenthood, as well as the often-overwhelming transition into a new role.

When it comes to ADHD, understanding how your brain works is key. With the right insight and support, individuals can learn to leverage their unique thinking styles and develop practical strategies to thrive in daily life—rather than feeling held back by their symptoms. Whether you're navigating new parenthood, ADHD, or both, I'm here to help you build resilience, self-awareness, and the tools to move forward with confidence.

Vision

As a counsellor, my vision is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors without judgment. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to make meaningful changes and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges—including those that come with ADHD.

Whether you're managing overwhelm, focus difficulties, or emotional regulation, my goal is to help you build a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life—on your terms.

Mission

My mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I strive to help them gain insight into their challenges and develop the skills and tools necessary to overcome them.

My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to live their lives with the utmost fulfillment.
